Wald acquires Xinjinquan and increases its focus on cutting tools
Wald (688028) announced the release of its acquisition report on the evening of January 7th. The company purchased 100% equity of Xinjinquan through issuing shares and paying cash, with a total transaction price of 697 million yuan, and raised supporting funds not exceeding 487 million yuan.
